Associate attorney, member of the Public Law and Natural Resources Group. His practice is focused on environmental law and sectorial permits, mining law, land use, energy and industrial project development. With a specialization in project environmental assessment and their subsequent administrative and judicial defense, he also contributes in matters of Public and Administrative Law. He has a broad experience in preparing audit and due diligence reports as well, regarding regulatory and environmental aspects.
Before entering SCHULTZ CARRASCO, he worked as associate attorney from 2012 until 2016 in the environment, natural resources and Public Law group of Vial & Fernández Abogados, in Santiago. From the year 2011 and until 2015, he was a research assistant in the Environmental Law Center (Centro de Derecho Ambiental) of Universidad de Chile School of Law.
Graduated from Universidad de Chile Law School in 2008.
